Butter-poached scallop, pickled Japanese turnips
Swiss chard flan
Toasted wheatberry salad, purslane, sherry vinaigrette
Baby English pea soup, morels
Spring vegetable lasagna, mustard béchamel
Pan fried skate wing, sugar snap peas, garlic scape, smoked tomato vinaigrette
Bread pudding, strawberry ice cream, chocolate cracker
