Our June 7th date was snapped up right away for a private party. Here’s what the menu looks like so far.

Lasagna of asparagus, green garlic, mustard béchamel with Pawlet, Vermont cheese.
Tomato braised short ribs, seared, with roasted garlic fingerling potatoes
Warm Rhubarb pie, brown butter ice cream
